Computer Science
In Python Programming course, I covered practical applications involving data pipelines, the βGarbage In, Garbage Outβ (GIGO) principle, data preprocessing, and data visualization. Given my professional background as a developer, I did not find these practical exercises particularly challenging. Instead, I realized that my difficulties primarily arise when dealing with highly theoretical or abstract academic concepts.
Algorithm
Today, I successfully implemented a hash function algorithm. When this concept was initially introduced in my Database Systems course, I merely grasped it on a superficial level. However, through the hands-on experience of coding the algorithm myself, I was able to bridge the gap between theory and practice, which deepened my overall comprehension.
Work Out
For my physical routine, I focused on pull and leg exercises. I performed high-resistance training for my upper body, including pullovers, pull-ups, lat pull-downs, and seated cable rows. Conversely, I opted for low-resistance leg extensions and curls. I had been struggling with severe inflammation in my knees and ankles, but thanks to the therapeutic effects of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT), I have officially commenced my lower-body rehabilitation.
