Today, I balanced my professional responsibilities with my academic pursuits by studying Discrete Mathematics and R Computing during my commute. In Discrete Mathematics, I focused on the chapter one of Graph Theory. Although the core concepts were relatively intuitive, the material demanded a significant amount of memorization. Therefore, my current objective is to internalize these fundamentals to ensure a smooth transition to more complex applications in the second part of the module. Regarding R Computing, the curriculum also covered graphical representaions. However, rather than introducing novel theories, it served as a practical exercise in applying previously acquired programming techniques.

Furthermore, I was finally able to resume my fitness regimen after a five day hiatus due to illness. Despite the involuntary break, my performance in pull-ups showed marked improvement. During this Pull Day session, I executed a series of exercies, including pullovers, pull-ups, lat pulldowns, seated rows, and hammer curls. To increase the intensity of the workout, I intentionally expanded the number of sets for each exericise.
