Today, during my commute, I attended lectures on R Computing and Digital Logic Circuits.

In R Comuting, I studied Part 2 of Extended R Data Structures. I learned about functions from the readr and dplyr packages, and since the content overlapped with my attendance assignment and was not particulary difficult, I was able to understand it without much trouble.

In Digital Logic Circuits, I reviewed Boolean algebra, the basic operations of logic circuits, the duality of logical expression, and minterms and maxterms through a YouTube lecture. I strongly feel that I could have saved a great deal of time if I had started with this lecture from the beginning. The instructor explains the material so clearly that the review process became much more effective.

At work, I worked on the configuration and implementation of Instagram logic and the Fetch API, and I created a demo version. Through this process, I once again realized that Meta is far less user-friendly than I had expected. Still, I believe this experience will help me save time later when I begin working on my own independent project.

As for exercises, today was Pull Day, and I focused on training my upper back intensely. I did pull-overs, pull-ups, the lat pulldown, the reverse row, and the long pull, and then finished with stretching.
