Today, during my commute, I listened to a lecture on Introduction to Statistics. Since the attendance class scheduled for three weeks from now will cover the entire course, I need to keep up with the lectures diligently. However, for a course that I chose as a general elective, I feel that the amount of material is quite overwhelming.

In particular, I studied the section on estimation in statistics. I learned about the estimation of the population mean, population proportion, and population variance, but to be honest, I found the material extremely difficult. Because I had not yet developed a firm understanding of the concepts covered in the earlier sections, trying to study the more advanced topic of estimation made the formulas especially hard to follow. At this point, I feel that I need to finish one full round of the lectures as quickly as possible and then go through them again in order to fill in the concepts I may have missed.

At work, I studied GitHub self-hosted runners and applied what I learned. In addition, I created a demo version of a short-form content interface without loading delays.

As for exercise, I decided to take a rest because I am still feeling pain from the manual therapy I received on Saturday. Until yesterday, it even hurt when I took a deep breath, so I am relieved that it is no longer that severe today. I plan to resume my routine tomorrow, starting with Push Day.
