[TIL] Junior Web Developer Log - Day 75
TIL
Today, during my commute, I studied Digital Logic Circuits and R Computing.
In Digital Logic Circuits, I reviewed Karnaugh maps and combinational logic circuits through a Youtube lecture. This time, I was finally able to understand concepts such as adders, subtractors, decoders and encoders. However, once the lecture moved on to multiplexers, I found the material difficult to follow, so I think I will need to review that part again later. Even so, I felt very proud of myself for finally understanding topics that had previously been confusing to me.
In R Computing, I watched a lecture on the core structures of R programming. This section was enjoyable because many parts of it were quite similar to general programming. As a result, I felt that the material was not especially difficult as long as I could remember the key functions.
For exercise, I spent more time than usual and did both Push and Pull training. I completed pull-overs, the incline chest press, pull-ups, the chest press, the wide seated row, the inner chest press, the wide lat pulldown, the bench chest press, the T-bar row, and even fast triceps extensions, with almost no rest between sets. Since I am going to receive manual therapy tomorrow, I tranied with heavier weights than usual.
