Today, during my commute, I attended lectures on Python Programming and Discrete Mathematics.

The Python Programming lecture focused on loops, which is a topic I am already familiar with. As a result, there was not much additional material that I needed to study. Although it was still useful as a review, I did not find this part particularly challenging.

In Discrete Mathematics, I studied the section on relations. I was able to understand the topic quite smoothly, and it seems that this is not a section that will cause major difficulty on the exam as long as I solve enough practice problems. In addition, since the next section is about functions, I felt that this part serves as an important foundation for understanding the material that follows.

As for exercise, today was Push Day, so I did pull-overs, the bench press, the incline chest press, the inner chest press, the chest press, and pushdowns, and then finished the workout with stretching.
