Today’s daily schedule encompassed both physical conditioning and academic coursework.

For my physical training, I completed a pull-focused resistance regimen, which incorporated exercises such as long-pulls, pull-ups, lat pull-downs utiliizing two different grips, T-bar rows, and reverse flyes.

Academically, I devoted my attention to two primary subjects: Digital Logic Circuits and Discrete Mathematics.
The lecture on Digital Logic Circuits centered on the canonical and standard forms for Boolean functions. Although I initially experienced some apprehension as it had been a while since I last engaged with this subject, I successfully overcame my hesitation, which made the material relatively straightforward to comprehend.
Subsequently, the Discrete Mathematics lecture focused on Set Theory. Because I retained foundational knowledge of this topic from middle and high school, I was able to grasp the concepts with relative ease.
