Today’s schedule encompassed both physical conditioning and academic coursework.

For my physical training, I executed a push-focused resistance regimen, which incorporated exercies such as the long-pull, incline chest press, chest press, pec deck fly, side lateral raise, shoulder press, and cable triceps extension.

Academically, I devoted my attention to two primary subjects: Understanding Python Programming and Database Systems. The Python module primarily centered on structured programming. I found this section highly accessible, largely because the lecture integrated foundational computer science.

Subsequently, the Database Systems lecture concentrated on SQL. I generally find Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) to be more intuitive than relational algebra. While the intricate logical concepts underlying relational algebra render it inherently more challenging, I ultimately grasped the material without much difficulty.
